DAY 01 Istanbul

Welcome to Turkey - a mesmerizing land of Romans and Ottomans! Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred by a private chauffeur driven car to your hotel. With an over-abundance of important historic buildings and exciting new art galleries and museums, visitors have more than enough to see during the day, but it’s at night that the place swings into high-velocity, mega-stylish action. DAY 02 Istanbul - Ankara - Cappadocia

This morning, you will be transferred to Istanbul airport for an early morning flight to Ankara (Private) After lunch at a local restaurant in Ankara, you will be transferred to the stunning and mysterious Cappadocia.(Seat in Coach) Visit Anatolian Civilizations Museum and the Mausoleum of Ataturk. (Seat in Coach)

The capital of Turkey and one of the fastest growing cities in the world with a history that can be dated back 3000 years. Upon arrival, you will visit the Anatolian Civilisations Museum, which also exhibits the remains of Catalhoyuk, the Neolithic village dating back to 6500 BC. Then visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the founder of modern Turkey.

DAY 03 Cappadocia

Cappadocia, Turkey

Enjoy City sights of Cappadocia. (Seat In Coach) Today, enjoy a full day tour of Cappadocia. Visit to Pigeon Valley and the natural citadel of Uchisar, followed by Goreme Open-Air Museum, which is full of pink, rose and white tapering columns. These tall free standing cones of stone curve and twist as if pulled from earth like taffy. Others are tall like fairy chimneys. The caves were settled in the 4th century as monasteries. Visit some caves on the cliffs to see Byzantine frescoes decorating early Christian churches. Have Lunch at a typical restaurant of the region. Later, visit Kaymakli Underground City; carved out of rock and completely self contained. More than 200 people lived on each of seven floors with the last one 250 feet underground. It is connected to Derinkuyu Underground City by six miles of tunnel. Drive to Pasabagi in Zelve Region and then to Avanos Village. You can shop for some souvenirs before you head back to the hotel.

This morning, travel to Konya. (Seat in Coach) On arrival you will be transferred to your Hotel in Pamukkale. (Seat in Coach) Enroute visit Sultanhani Caravanserai and Mausoleum of Mevlana. (Seat in Coach) En route visit 13th century Sultanhani Caravanserai built on the famous silk route. In Konya visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, the worldwide famous mystic. Continue to Pamukkale, the cotton fortress. Visit the hot mineral waters which burst from the earth and cascade over cliffs forming pools and stalactites.

DAY 05 Pamukkale - Aphrodisias - Kusadasi

This morning, stroll through the ruins of ancient Roman City Hierapolis and travel to Aphrodisias. (Seat in Coach) Upon arrival in Kusadasi you will be transferred to your hotel. (Seat in Coach) Kusadasi, Turkey

DAY 06 Kusadasi - Ephesus - Izmir - Istanbul

Today, explore Kusadasi and visit the House of Virgin Mary where she spent the last days of her life. (Seat in Coach)

Later, drive to Izmir airport for your flight to Istanbul. (Seat in Coach) Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be transferred to your Hotel. (Private)

Enroute sightseeing of Kusadasi and Ephesus. (Seat in Coach) Continue to Ephesus, Roman capital of Asia Minor. The ancient city of Ephesus was an important centre for early Christianity. In the book of Revelation, Ephesus was one of the seven churches addressed by Christ in a vision. It is here that you will find the Temple of Artemis, considered to be one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Visit the ruins of Odeon, Hercules Gate, the temple of Hadrian, the magnificent library, Agora and fantastic Greco-Roman theatre. After lunch visit the Basilica of St. John atop Ayasuluk Hill built in honor of the Saint who wrote his gospel on this very hill. See the 4th-century tomb where his remains are said to be housed.

DAY 07 Istanbul

Istanbul, Turkey Today enjoy morning sightseeing tour of Istanbul city. Visit Byzantine Hippodrome, in which stand the obelisk brought from Egypt by Theodosius and the Serpent Column taken from Delphi by Constantine. Blue Mosque, which has six minarets and a middle dome of 109 feet and Grand Covered Bazaar (closed on Sundays) dating back to 15th century. It covers over 4,000 shops under one roof.Optional Tours:

Drive to Asian side via Bosphorus Bridge to visit Beylerbeyi Palace and Camlica Hill for a panoramic view of Istanbul. Camlica Hill is a high pine covered bill, atop which sits a restaurant. From here one can inhale the fresh Black Sea air, and possibly obtain the best views of the sprawling metropolis of Istanbul. One of the most beautiful sights in the world, the Bosphorus is a strait winding between two continents and joining two seas. The Black Sea is connected to the Aegean through the Bosphorus and the Dardanelles. It offers a different beauty each season, and in spring it is adorned with the pink flowers of the Judas trees. Beylerbeyi Palace is a palace complex consisting of the main palace building plus five pavilions (Kosk).

Full Day Princess Island Tour (Seat In Coach)

Embark on an enjoyable cruise to the largest of the Prince's Islands in Marmara Sea. Pass four islands with their charming old Ottoman houses to reach Buyukada, the largest of the islands. Take a tour of the island by Phaeton (a horse carriage) and pass elegant old wooden mansions and beautiful natural scenery. Pass elegant mansions draped in brilliant purple bougainvillea and feel as though you have stepped back into a more leisured and gracious age, almost expecting grand 19th century ladies and gentlemen to come strolling down to the waterfront on an afternoon promenade. Visit the old Ottoman capital of Bursa. Travel by ferry to Yalova and continue by road to Bursa. See the imperial Great Mosque with its 20 domes and 12 massive pillars and Muradiye cemetery, the last resting place of the Ottoman Sultans.
